Meet the Team

Daniel Bond MARLA
Managing Director
I was born and raised in Henley, educated at Valley Road Primary and Gillotts secondary school. I played football at Henley Boys football club at which my grandfather Ken Downing founded and my grandparents previously ran Thamesfield luxury retirement home. Launching my business in an area I know so well, has always been a long-term desire. I feel extremely proud to be able to base my business out of Henley-On-Thames, one of the most desirable locations within the Thames Valley.’ As well as launching my own business, I'm currently playing for the Henley Hawks, a keen cyclist amongst the Chilterns and like spending time with ‘Lola’ the working cocker spaniel, also known as the Bonds office dog. I would be delighted to offer advice or welcome the opportunity to meet face to face to discuss your property requirements - the coffee is on me!
Laura Wilkinson
Property Negotiator
I started my career in Residential sales in 2014 working as a negotiator for a large National firm in the Berkshire area. Having joined Bonds in June 2018 I am keen to be living and working locally. I grew up in Oxfordshire and I have lived in Henley with my family for the last 5 years, and have very much enjoyed becoming part of the local community. I have a passion for property and a keen interest in design, which stems from my time studying Landscape Architecture at Kingston University. In my spare time I enjoy river walks, photography and cooking for friends and family.
Jane Kennedy
Property Negotiator
Born and raised in Twyford, I have been a part of the elegant surrounding areas such as; Wargrave, Marlow, Henley-on-Thames and small villages like Hambledon and Turville all my life. I play Golf at the traditional Golf Club that is Temple Golf Club in Hurley, I go shopping in Marlow and Henley and I walk my two dogs in Hambledon and Turville. Being part of such an amazing group of communities is what I am proud of and sets apart this area to others. I found my love for Real Estate in 2014, helping my parents in buying and letting properties in Twyford. I studied Science, Business and English A-Level at The Piggott School in Wargrave and have now gone on to achieve my dream of working in Estate Agency.
Sarah Sames
Inventory Clerk
I moved to South Oxfordshire in the year 2000, primarily to bring up my children in the beautiful surroundings of the Chiltern Hills. I feel privileged that they were educated at such excellent locals schools. Having worked at Henley Golf Club and a few country pubs I feel very much part of the local community. Three years ago I re-trained as an Inventory Clerk to utilise my keen eye for detail - a job which I thoroughly enjoy. In my spare time I love to catch up with my friends and plan my next travels.
