In line with latest guidance these have been suspended during the lockdown. thank you for bearing with us, we'll be resuming these the moment it's safe enough to do so.
We continue to offer our Landlords a comprehensive service whilst our staff are home-based. Maintenance is however limited to emergency matters only as per Government guidance.
Our teams are available through the usual channels to offer you advice but we would ask that you help us by only contacting us with urgent matters at this time. Our Accounts team can assist you should you be concerned about paying your rent on time.
Thinking of selling or letting?
Whilst we're not currently able to visit your property if it's occupied, we would love to hear from you and talk through your options. We can offer you a "desktop" valuation remotely and you can also use our instant valuation tool to get an indicative figure.
Agreeing new lets
You can still make an application during the lockdown but we will only be able to move you in once restrictions have been lifted.
Moving in to a property during the lockdown
Guidance allows you to go ahead with your planned move if it is unavoidable and we will guide you through the process. Alternatively we’ll work with you and your landlord/ buyer/ seller to defer your moving date where that suits all parties.
Carrying out inventory check outs at the end of a tenancy
We are restricted to essential check outs only therefore we will discuss your situation with you individually. You may find it simpler to extend your tenancy slightly instead, assuming the property has not already been re-let and all parties agree.
